Russell Brand has been charged with rape, indecent assault, and sexual assault for a series of interactions that took place between 1999 and 2005. Brand has been interviewed a lot since Channel 4’s DIspatches, the Times and the Sunday Times investigations uncovered multiple allegations against him, and denies all allegations against him.  He posted a new video on X when the charges were announced and said “What I never was, was a rapist.
