About Us

Hi! I’m your host, Ellie, and here is a bit about me and how this podcast came to be.

I originally started this podcast with my best friend, Jessica, who was amazing at this podcasting lark. Through her, Missing and Marginalised was born, and between us, we made 12 News Roundup Episodes together. Sadly, Jessica passed away unexpectedly in September of 2025.

As for me, I’m an AuDHDer with a creative flair. I’m from Berkshire in the UK. Most importantly, I’m a mum to two gorgeous girls and a writer (both fiction and non-fiction). I have a keen interest in psychology and journalism, and to relax, I listen to true crime podcasts while journaling, or embroidering/cross stitching or reading.
